The firm has advised on logistics, commercial and investment real estate projects with a combined value exceeding PLN 200 million. Our work has covered the design of transaction structures, special purpose vehicles (SPVs), the restructuring of real estate assets and the preparation of properties for sale.
Our experience also includes matters involving mortgage-secured receivables, negotiations with creditors, clearing the legal status of properties and preparing structures that allow transactions to be completed.
Companies
The firm advises entrepreneurs on the day-to-day operation of commercial companies and on changes to their ownership and organisational structures. Our experience covers more than 300 matters concerning company incorporation, changes to entries in the National Court Register (KRS), changes of shareholders and members of company bodies, transformations, amendments to articles of association and ongoing corporate support.
In the area of registry proceedings the firm also operates ZmianaKRS.pl, a dedicated nationwide service.
For foreign investors
We advise foreign shareholders on establishing and operating companies in Poland, including the choice of legal form, incorporation, obtaining a PESEL number and a qualified electronic signature for members of company bodies, and subsequent registry proceedings. Matters are handled remotely throughout Poland, in English.
